I have to say I wish I hadn't known what this movie was about before I went to see it.  It would have made the first 20 minutes or so before the reveal that much more interesting.  But even knowing the concept of the movie, it was fascinating from the start.  If you haven't seen it yet, plan to, and don't yet know anything about this movie, stop reading and now and come back after you've seen it!

Ok, so now I assume you've either seen it, don't plan to see it, or plan to see it and don't mind having the concept spoiled, so I can share the premise of the movie.  There is a being, and entity, a soul, that has spent its entire life waking up in a different human body every single day.  This time the being, known simply as "A", wakes up in a young man named Justin, and meets Justin's girlfriend, Rhiannon.  They share a magical, perfect day together, and then A begins trying to find its way back to Rhiannon, while she is left wondering why her d-bag boyfriend was perfect for one day, then went back to being a d-bag.

Throughout the movie we watch the relationship between A and Rhiannon blossom, while they navigate the incredible pitfalls of being in a relationship with someone who is in a different body every day.  It is fascinating and an awesome twist on a teenage relationship movie to see this concept played out.  I believe the story was well told and it really kept my attention the entire time.  The biggest downfall of the movie, and what kept me from being able to give it higher than a 5, was that the acting was pretty sub-par.  The main girl was great, but the guy who played Justin seemed very green, and of the multitude of other teen actors who played A some were great and others were terrible.  If the acting was taken up a notch all the way around it really could have improved the movie.

Overall I think it is worth seeing, if only for the thought experiment it provides.  Imagine what it would be like to wake up in a different body every day.  Imagine what it would be like to love someone who was confined to that fate.  The movie explores it well, and yet leaves a lot to the imagination as well.  I enjoyed it and I do recommend!
